International Day
One of the great community events of the year is nearly upon us. 14th October is this year's International Day. Our High School students are currently working on creating workshops for the the whole school to enjoy based on our diverse culture.
Wearing national dress or something indicative of one’s nationality/culture would help to highlight our community’s variety and richness. The school day will begin at Paterson campus and will finish after the international buffet, likely to be 1pm.
More new about the day in next weeks blog.
MYP Swimming Gala
On October 7th the grade 9 and 10 students will be taking part in the MYP swimming gala. This swimming gala will provide opportunities for our students to compete in age appropriate races at 50m and 25m. Every student is expected to attend and everyone will get a chance to show off their swimming talent. Students must go direct to the swimming pool - CCAB (Evans Road) or if travelling by school bus they will be dropped directly. All students must arrange their own transport home at 12:45pm or they can return to school to wait for the school buses at 3pm.
Our grade 11 and 12 students will be at Preston campus on that day, working with our University advisor, ToK and EE teachers who will be providing them with support and guidance as they complete applications for Universities and finalise EE submissions.
